Ofsted Report
10/11/08 10:00 Filed in: School News
Our Parish Primary School, Our Lady Immaculate, which
we jointly share with Tolworth Parish, has just
received an “Outstanding in every aspect” report from
Ofsted inspectors. Our congratulations go to Staff,
Pupils, Governors and Parents for all the work that
they do to make this school so outstanding.
Obviously, this is good news for the school, and for those whose children already attend the school. The only problem with an outstanding school is that it will put even more pressure on the admissions process. Therefore, parents are reminded that the best way to guarantee success is to establish a weekly pattern of Catholic practice in your local parish, and to make sure you are noticed through your support of parish events and activities.

The feast of All Saints (also known as All Hallows)
falls on a Saturday this year, so our Bishops have
transferred the feast (a Holy Day of Obligation) to
the Sunday. This means that All Hallows Eve (commonly
referred to as Halloween) falls on Saturday 1st
November this year.
So …. a fancy dress party will take place on Saturday 1st November from 7pm - 10pm. Tickets are £3 for adults and £2 for children and will go on sale after all Masses from TODAY. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No
Tickets will be sold on the door!!
This will be a great family fun evening. Adults please bring your own drink! Come dressed up in something scary!!
